Terms and Conditions – New Year’s Eve Menu 2025 (Rollercoaster Restaurant)
- Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all reservations and advance payments in connection with the New Year’s Eve Menu 2025 of Rollercoaster Restaurant GmbH & Co KG, Riesenradplatz 6/1, 1020 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as ‘Rollercoaster Restaurant’).
By completing the reservation via the online reservation system (Aleno), the guest accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Reservation and payment
The reservation is binding as soon as it has been made via the Aleno system and the advance payment in the amount of the menu price (€49.90 per person) has been made.
The advance payment serves as confirmation of participation in the New Year’s Eve menu 2025 on 31 December 2025.
3. Scope of services
The price includes:
A festive 3-course menu as described on the website or in the reservation system.
A welcome drink (glass of sparkling wine).
Waiting staff and service during the event.
Additional drinks or special requests (e.g. additional dishes, special drinks) will be charged separately on site.
4. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation: up to and including 15 December 2025. In this case, the amount already paid will be refunded in full.
From 16 December 2025 onwards, cancellation is no longer possible and the full amount will be retained, regardless of the reason for cancellation. In this case, no refund or credit note can be granted.
In the event of timely cancellation, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the booking.
5. No-show
If the guest does not show up on the day of the event (31st December 2025) at the reserved time,
there is no entitlement to a refund or rebooking.
6. Changes by the organiser
The restaurant reserves the right to make minor changes to the menu (e.g. ingredients or side dishes)
provided that these do not significantly affect the character of the event.
If the event is cancelled for reasons for which the restaurant is responsible,
the advance payment will be refunded in full.
7. Disclaimer
The restaurant is not liable for guests’ personal belongings or for damage
caused by force majeure (e.g. power failure, natural disasters).
8. Data protection
The personal data collected during the reservation process will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the reservation and will be treated in accordance with the GDPR.

9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Austrian law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, insofar as this is legally permissible.
