Reservations with Prepaid Menus
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations in our restaurant that require advance payment for a menu, such as special events, public holidays, or themed menu evenings.
2. Conclusion of Contract
By completing the online reservation and successfully paying for the menu in advance, a binding contract is concluded between the guest and the restaurant.
3. Menu Offer
On certain dates, we exclusively offer pre-defined menus.
The selected menu option (e.g. meat or vegan) must be specified during the reservation process and is binding.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT.
Payment for the menu must be made in full in advance via the payment methods provided in the reservation system.
5. Cancellation by the Guest
A free cancellation of the prepaid menu reservation is possible up to 14 days before the reserved date.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, no refund of the prepaid menu price will be granted, as the service is prepared and calculated specifically for the reservation.
6. No-Show
If the guest does not appear at the agreed time or does not cancel within the period stated in section 5, the reservation is considered a no-show.
In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the prepaid menu price.
7. Cancellation by the Restaurant
If the restaurant is unable to provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure, official orders, illness), the prepaid amount will be fully refunded.
Further claims are excluded.
8. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the reservation process is processed solely for the purpose of handling the booking in accordance with our privacy policy.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Credit Card as Reservation Guarantee
1. Scope
These additional Terms & Conditions apply to all table reservations without prepaid menus for which a credit card is required as a reservation guarantee.
2. Credit Card Requirement
A valid credit card must be provided for each reservation.
The credit card serves solely as a guarantee for the reservation.
3. No Charge for Timely Attendance
No charge will be made to the credit card if the guest appears on time or cancels the reservation within the allowed cancellation period.
4. Cancellation Deadline
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day before the reservation.
5. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee
For cancellations made after this deadline or in the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €20.00 per reserved guest to the credit card provided.
6. Partial No-Show
If only part of the reserved party appears, the no-show fee may be charged proportionally per guest who did not attend.
7. Validity of Credit Card
The guest is responsible for ensuring that the provided credit card is valid and chargeable.
A failed charge does not release the guest from the obligation to pay the applicable fee.
8. Repeated No-Shows
In the event of repeated no-shows, we reserve the right to refuse future reservations or require advance payment.
9. Data Protection
Credit card data is processed exclusively via our payment service provider.
