We are happy to announce that our restaurant is dog-friendly! We understand that your four-legged friend is an important part of your family, and so dogs are warmly welcomed here.

Please note the following guidelines to ensure that all guests can enjoy a pleasant stay in our restaurant:

 

  1. Dogs must be kept on a leash and under control to ensure the safety and comfort of other guests. 
  2. Dogs are not allowed to sit on chairs or benches. Please bring a suitable mat or dog blanket so that your dog can comfortably lie on the floor.
  3. Please make sure your dog is clean and well-behaved before entering the restaurant.
  4. Please do not feed your dog with food from the table or from the menu. We are happy to offer you a bowl of fresh water for your dog upon request.
  5. If your dog has special needs or requirements, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Yes, our restaurant is designed to be accessible, offering comfort and accessibility to all guests. We have an accessible restroom designed for the needs of people with limited mobility, as well as an elevator that provides easy access to all floors. We place great importance on making sure everyone feels comfortable and can easily use our facilities.

We are happy to announce that our restaurant is accessible and has an easily accessible elevator to ensure comfort and accessibility for all of our guests.

  1. Our elevator is located just around the corner from the main entrance of the restaurant and is suitable for wheelchairs, people with limited mobility, and guests with strollers alike.
  2. The elevator is compatible with all common wheelchair sizes and strollers. If you have special requirements, please let us know in advance so that we can make suitable arrangements.
  3. If you need further assistance during your visit, our team is available at all times to help.

At our restaurant, we place great importance on providing our guests with a pleasant and unforgettable experience. To ensure a smooth flow and the best possible organization for all of our guests, we have introduced a time limit for reservations.

Please note the following information regarding our reservation policies and time limit:

  1. Each reservation at our restaurant is associated with a time limit of [duration, 4 people 1.5 hours – 5-7 people 1.75 hours – 8 or more people 2 hours]. This gives us the opportunity to serve all guests appropriately and allow reservations for other guests following your booking.
  1. We kindly ask you to arrive on time for your reservation in order to make full use of your time limit. Delays may result in us not being able to extend the time limit.
  1. If during your reservation you find that you need additional time, please inform our team. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee it.
  1. We recommend making your reservation in advance to ensure that we can offer you the desired date and time.
  1. If you are planning an event or a larger group reservation, please contact us directly to make special arrangements.

We strongly recommend that our guests make a reservation in advance to avoid waiting times and to ensure that a table is available for them. Our restaurant is often busy. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee availability. However, you are welcome to drop by spontaneously if you have not made a reservation. In this case, we ask for your understanding if a table may not be available.
