The ROLLERCOASTERRESTAURANT® is the first restaurant worldwide where food and beverages are catapulted through loops using catapult drives before they glide to the tables. On a track of about 1.20 meters in length, the transport sleds loaded with pots, cups, or bottles are accelerated from 0 to approximately 30 km/h. This gives them enough speed to pass through the loops without any problems.
