Our Reservation Policy – Fair for All Guests

Our guests are very important to us, and we are delighted to welcome you to the Rollercoaster Restaurant for an extraordinary culinary experience.
Unfortunately, no-shows and last-minute cancellations do occur from time to time – situations that are difficult for us to manage as hosts.

To ensure a fair and smooth experience for all guests, the following reservation policy applies:

No-Shows Are Not a Trivial Matter

When you reserve a table at the Rollercoaster Restaurant, it is held exclusively for you.
Failing to show up or cancelling at very short notice prevents other guests from enjoying this experience.

No-Show Fee

In the event of a no-show, late cancellation, or if reserved seats are not used or not used in the confirmed number of guests, we reserve the right to charge:

€ 20 per person

Group Reservations

Groups of 13 or more guests
must request their reservation in advance by email.

Please include your preferred date, time, and group size in your request.

Binding Reservations

Your reservation constitutes a binding commitment.

Reservations become valid only after written confirmation.

For certain reservations (especially on Saturdays and Sundays), the provision of a credit or debit card is required.

The card will not be charged; instead, an authorization of € 1.00 will be made (no debit).

Cancellations & Changes

If your plans change, we kindly ask you to inform us in time:

  • Free cancellations or changes are possible up to 48 hours before the reserved date, in full or in part (e.g. individual guests).

  • Cancellations can be made via the link in your confirmation email or by email.

  • Reservations are binding with regard to time and number of guests.

Please Note

Reserved tables will be released 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time if no arrival has been recorded.

Length of Stay

To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, the following time slots apply:

  • Up to 4 guests: 1.5 hours

  • 5–7 guests: 1.75 hours

  • 8 or more guests: 2 hours

From 8:00 PM, Open End applies – from this time onward, you may stay as long as you wish.

Acceptance of Our Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) is required for every reservation.

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations at the Rollercoaster Restaurant.
